FRISCO, Texas (October 28, 2021) - DialCare is excited to welcome Aaron Scholer, M.D. to its executive team as Clinical Director for the DialCare Physician Access program. Dr. Scholer has been a network pediatrician in the DialCare Physician Access program since its launch in 2018.

Dr. Scholer is board-certified in General Pediatrics and Pediatric Hospital Medicine and has practiced medicine since 2000. He graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine and trained in pediatrics. Beyond his experience as a DialCare Physician Access network physician, he brings to DialCare more than 20 years in the medical field, skills and knowledge in health care management and health care information technology and six years of experience providing after-hours telephone care as a primary care provider.

As clinical director, Dr. Scholer will provide oversight, expertise and guidance for the DialCare Physician Access program, which connects members with state-licensed, fully credentialed doctors 24/7 via phone and video chat to provide treatment and advice for common ailments.
DialCare also offers additional telehealth services that provide a safe, secure, private and convenient means of delivering care to patients. DialCare Mental Wellness, which includes the Dialogue student counseling program, offers mental and behavioral health assistance via virtual counseling sessions with mental health professionals. The program is overseen by Clinical Director Jay Ostrowski. DialCare Teledentistry, overseen by Dental Director Dr. Fred Sharpe, provides 24/7 phone and video access to licensed dentists for treatment and advice of oral health concerns. DialCare will soon be launching a new Virtual Vet program which will connect members virtually with veterinary professionals 24/7 for questions and concerns about their pet's health. Dr. Blake Watson will be the Veterinary Director of the program.
