Stewart Sweda

Stewart Sweda is the Chief Executive Officer for DialCare, Careington International Corporation and its affiliate companies. He previously served as Chief Revenue Officer while overseeing an in-house high-performance sales and retention unit, strategic markets and in-house provider solutions, global sales development, marketing and corporate communications, as well as network operations. Stewart is a long-time contributing member of the National Association of Dental Plans (NADP) and Consumer Health Alliance (CHA). In addition to speaking nationally about the discount health care industry, Stewart serves on the board of directors for non-profit organization Families of World War II Veterans.


Melissa Baumann, DialCare's Chief Financial Officer.

Melissa Baumann, CPA, serves as Chief Financial Officer for DialCare, Careington International Corporation and its affiliate companies. Melissa's knowledge and background are essential in overseeing tax compliance, financial reporting, treasury management, strategic finance and capital planning. Melissa is responsible for all fiduciary aspects of DialCare and leads all finance, technology, operations and administration teams. Melissa serves as the treasurer of Consumer Health Alliance (CHA), and she is also an active board member of the non-profit organization Families of World War II Veterans.


Rashmi Jain, DialCare's Chief Information Officer.

Rashmi Jain

Rashmi Jain serves as Chief Information Officer for DialCare, Careington International Corporation and its affiliate companies. As the Chief Information Officer, she is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, directing and personally participating in all phases of the development and maintenance of DialCare's strategic information systems, which include all hardware, software, security and web initiatives. During her tenure at DialCare, Rashmi and her team of dedicated professionals have successfully implemented countless large-scale client and internal projects, working to ensure that in today's competitive and evolving environment, DialCare stays ahead of the technology curve.


Jeremy Hedrick, DilCare's President.

Jeremy Hedrick

Jeremy Hedrick is the President of DialCare and is responsible for the overall visionary leadership and strategic growth of DialCare. During his tenure with DialCare and Careington International Corporation, Jeremy has held senior leadership roles within provider network development, customer support, compliance, fulfillment, product development and claims administration. This experience helped him shape the industry from every point of view, including customer, provider, regulator, claims payer and even international expansion. Jeremy is a member of the National Association of Dental Plans (NADP) and a member of the non-profit American Telemedicine Association (ATA). He is also a member of the 2021 Dallas Business Journal Leadership Trust.


Aaron Scholer, Clinical Director for DialCare Physician Access.

Dr. Aaron Scholer

Aaron Scholer, M.D., serves as the Clinical Director for DialCare Physician Access. Dr. Scholer graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine and trained in pediatrics. During his career, he has worked in outpatient and inpatient pediatrics. Dr. Scholer is board certified in General Pediatrics and Pediatric Hospital Medicine and feels that telemedicine is an essential part of total patient care to create the best patient experience.


Jay Ostrowski, Mental Wellness Clinical Director for DialCare.

Jay Ostrowski

Jay Ostrowski, LPC is the Mental Wellness Clinical Director for DialCare, assisting with the program since its launch. He also serves as a telehealth consultative and implementation partner for the Mid Atlantic Telehealth Resource Center and is the Director of the Telebehavioral Health Center of Excellence. Mr. Ostrowski is a licensed professional counselor (MI and SC) and licensed professional counselor supervisor (SC). He has a bachelor's degree in experimental psychology from Baylor University and has the following certifications: National Certified Counselor, Approved Clinical Supervisor, Certified Telemedicine Clinical Presenter and Board Certified Telemental Health Provider.


Fred Sharpe, Clinical Director for DialCare Teledentistry.

Dr. Fred Sharpe

Fred L. Sharpe, D.D.S., J.D. serves as the Dental Director for DialCare Teledentistry. He is a general dentist and an attorney. After leaving private practice, Dr. Sharpe has worked in the dental benefits industry as a dental director and executive since 1985. His experience with various dental companies has provided great insights and he is excited to bring those insights to DialCare. He sees teledentistry growing across the nation, as it provides greater connectivity between patients and dentists.
